If you look like you’re doing fine but don’t always feel that way, you’re not alone.

About Me

For a long time, I looked like I was doing fine. I was active, positive, and keeping up with everything around me. Inside, I lived with anxiety, low energy, and a quiet sense of disconnection from myself.

In my twenties, that disconnect caught up with me. The pressure to say yes, keep going, and be everywhere left me burned out and out of sync with my body. I relied on caffeine to get through the day, stayed in environments that drained me, and struggled to build routines that actually supported my wellbeing.

After the 2020 pandemic, I began working with a mental health counselor, which helped me better understand myself and recognize how many areas of my life were running on autopilot.

In 2024, I discovered the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and was drawn to its holistic approach to health. That’s when things began to click. I started to understand that wellness isn’t about one habit or one solution. Nutrition, movement, relationships, work, rest, and daily choices are all connected, and together they shape how we feel.

Over time, my energy shifted. Not through quick fixes, but by slowing down, getting curious, and addressing the root of what I actually needed. I began to experience a sense of true happiness, one that continued to return. That’s when I knew I was on the right path, and I’m proud to say I’m still on it. That experience is what led me to pursue holistic health coaching.

With graduation set for March 2026, I’m excited to begin practicing as a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. My intention is to support women in reconnecting with themselves and building nourishing habits, without the pressure to be perfect.

With care,

Emily
